Acquisition of various managed services companies. The first telecom broker to offer a full suite of managed services to both customer and telecom carriers.

2011

Bridging the carrier and customer gap

Developed a strategy to create commensal partnerships between telecom carriers partners and customers. Launched managed IT service products designed to build carrier-customer relationships

2006

Privately owned network and service

Committed to infrastructure development at 111 8th Avenue (now Googleplex East) and built a privately owned and operated network AS54301.

2003

Expands to become largest agent broker

Forged relationships with carriers to build the largest online broker with a network of over 300 carrier partners and over 200 sub agents. Awarded Gold Partner status with many carriers. Began offering colocation and hosted solutions in anticipation of industry shift from transit towards hosting and cloud.

2001

Created the online Quick Quote

In house development produced the first automatic web-based T1 and DSL ‘Quick Quote’ tool via XML through Covad’s new API, so site visitors could see if they qualify for service. Used in over 100+ web sites. Coded first web provisioning and customer portal product for telecom agents.

1998

First online telecom broker

Launches first of its kind online telecom marketplace to give online competitive quotes and price shopping for T1, T3, Phone and DSL lines. Inked partnerships with Flashcom, RedConnect, Northpoint, Covad, and others to become the first nationwide aggregated DSL provider.
